Scope of works
- Supply and installation of all new circuit protection devices, New Single Phase Distribution Board
- Install new Electrak 24 underfloor busbar track c/w new 10mm 3 core XLPE/SWA/LZOH cabling clipped direct
- Install new electrical accessories and new XLPE/SWA/LSOH cabling to the Tea point area.
- Install new 3 compartment floor boxes c/w 2no.twin RCD sockets and 1no. 4 gang data plate c/wElectrak unfused tap off lead 1 floor box per 2 desks.
- Install new containment and socket outlets for the wall mounted power supplies c/w Electrak unfused tap off leads.
- Install new 169mm 13A Power grommets for out of hours cleaners use.7)Install new 4 compartment floor boxes c/w 2no. twin RCD sockets and 1no. 4 gang data plate.
- Supply and Install new suspended 600x600 luminaires and combined emergency luminaires
- Supply and install new EXIT signs to suit
- Supply and install new luminaires to the WC areas
- Test and commission the new electrical installation and emergency lighting systems
- Fire Alarm installation FP200 cabling clipped direct
- Reinstate existing devices to the new GA
- Commissioning of the system
